Understanding Earnings Withdrawals and Fees
Getting paid on Serlzo is straightforward. This guide outlines everything you need to know about withdrawal minimums, transaction fees, and supported payout methods to help you calculate your actual earnings.
Minimum Withdrawal & Payout Terms
You can request a payout as soon as your wallet balance reaches a minimum of $1 (or its equivalent in your local currency).
Withdrawal requests can be submitted on any day of the week, including weekends. Payout settlements are processed within 24 hours, and standard transfer fees apply to each transaction.
Transaction & Withdrawal Fees
By default, standard transaction fees are passed on to the customer at checkout. However, you have full control over your pricing strategy. In your storefront settings, you can choose to absorb these transaction fees yourself. If enabled, the fees will be automatically deducted from your earnings instead of increasing the customer's total at checkout.
Supported Payout Methods & Currencies
We fully support Mobile Money (MoMo) payouts. You can withdraw your earnings directly to supported mobile wallets, making it seamless to receive funds via providers like MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money in Cameroon.
We currently support earnings and payouts in the following currencies:

Currency Conversion
If your earnings are generated in USD or another foreign currency, they will be converted to your local currency (such as Central African CFA francs / XAF) during the payout process. This conversion is processed using the current market exchange rate at the exact time of the transaction.
Additional Charges & Summary
There are no hidden payment processing fees, additional payout charges, or extra platform deductions on Serlzo. You keep your earnings minus only:
- The standard transaction fees (if you chose to absorb them in your settings).
